GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES
1. MANUFACTURER GUARANTEES
1.1. Most of our products are covered by a one year Manufacturer’s Guarantee (“Manufacturers Guarantee”).
1.2. This protects the original purchaser should something go wrong with a Product within the first year from date of purchase.
1.3. Should you wish to claim under the Manufacturer’s Guarantee and you are eligible to claim, we will endeavour to repair the product which may, at our option, use new or refurbished components.
1.4. Should we be unable to repair your product, we shall replace it.
1.5. Should a replacement be unavailable, we shall refund you the original purchase price.
1.6. The Manufacturer’s Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
1.7. You may be required to dispose of your original product if we do not request its return.
1.8. The Manufacturer’s Guarantee only covers you for manufacturing defects and excludes the following:
1.8.1. Defects caused by product, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, use abroad, use where instructions haven’t been followed, altered or modified products.
1.9. You may transfer your plan to another owner by giving us details of the new owner by email.

2. EXTENDED WARRANTY
2.1. You may purchase an extended 3 year warranty for most of our products (“Extended Warranty”).
2.2. Should you wish to claim under the Extended Warranty and you are eligible to claim, we will endeavour to repair the product which may, at our option, use new or refurbished components.
2.3. Should we be unable to repair your product, we shall replace it.
2.4. Should a replacement be unavailable, we shall refund you the original purchase price.
2.5. The Extended Warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
2.6. You may be required to dispose of your original product if we do not request its return.
2.7. The Extended Warranty only covers you for manufacturing defects and excludes the following:
2.7.1. Defects caused by product, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, use abroad, use where instructions haven’t been followed, altered or modified products.
2.8. You don’t have to purchase an Extended Warranty at the same time you purchase the product.
2.9. Similar plans may be available from other providers and warranty plans can be compared online.
2.10. Your household insurance may provide you with some protection for your product but you should check your policy for any exclusions.
2.11. Extended Warranties are provided by Spree TV Limited and should they cease trading there is no dedicated financial backing.
2.12. You may cancel your Extended Warranty at any time. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your Extended Warranty within 45 days of purchase. If you cancel your Extended Warranty after the first 45 days you will receive a pro rata refund of the payments paid based on the number of unexpired months of cover remaining.

3. CUISINART NUTSMART 3 YEAR GUARANTEE
Limited Three-Year Guarantee
The Cuisinart NutSmart (“The Product”) is guaranteed for consumer use for 3 years from the date of purchase or date of delivery, whichever is the latest, (“Guarantee Period”) and is only valid within the Territory of Purchase (the place your product was purchased)
If the Product develops a fault due to defects in materials or manufacture within the Guarantee Period, please contact us (Spree TV) and we will arrange for repair or replacement of the Product in accordance with the terms of this Guarantee.
Should we be unable to repair or replace your Product under this Guarantee, then we will refund you. The amount of such a refund may be partial depending on how long the product has been used for before developing a fault.
Exclusions
This Guarantee will not be valid, meaning we will not be liable to repair or replace your product where:
1. The Product has been used as non-consumer product, for example for a professional, commercial or business purpose, outside a domestic setting, or for other reasons that would be reasonably considered to be non-consumer related.
2. The Product has been used on a voltage supply other than that which is marked on the product or advised within this instruction booklet.
3. The Product has been purchased from an unauthorised stockist*.
4. The Product has been used with unofficial replacement parts, or parts purchased from an unauthorised stockist*.
5. Repairs or alterations have been attempted by unauthorised persons.
6. The failure of the appliance is a direct result of misuse.
7. The failure is a result of not following the instructions for use.
8. The Product has been used outside the Territory of Purchase.
9. The Product is subject to cosmetic damage.
*unauthorised stockists include, but are not limited to online auction sites, unauthorised retailers, private sellers and those selling second hand goods, refurbished products etc . You can contact us for a list of authorised stockists.
If the holder of the Product is not the original purchaser, such as when it has been received as a gift, this Guarantee will still be valid providing the terms have been met, and proof of purchase can be provided.

It is important to retain your proof of purchase.
Even where a refund may be applicable, no refund will be provided without a valid receipt or proof of purchase, we will only be able to offer a repair or replacement service.
Guarantees on replacement products run from the original purchase date or date of delivery, whichever is later, and not from the date of replacement.
This guarantee is provided by Spree TV of the product in your region and does not affect your statutory rights.
